At Lunaraè London, every piece is thoughtfully made to order with care and precision. Because of our intentional production process, we ask for your patience as we prepare your order to meet our quality standards. Below you will find full details about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

We currently have a limited number of ready-to-ship pieces available.

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1 week of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order items: Require 4–6 weeks for production and processing before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been completed and passed quality checks, it will be dispatched promptly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Lunaraè London is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly first. If you still require assistance, reach out to us at (lunaraelondon@gmail.com) and we will do our best to support you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees will apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within (3 days) of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us after (3 days) from dispatch so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
