At Lunaraé London, every saree is individually sourced, quality-checked, and packaged with care before it reaches your door. We are confident in every piece we sell — but we also understand that buying luxury silk online is not always straightforward. Colour, drape and weight can be difficult to judge from photographs, and we never want a customer to feel uncertain after making a purchase.
That is why we offer a straightforward 7-day hassle-free return policy on all UK orders. If for any reason your saree is not right for you — whether that is the colour, the weight, or simply a change of mind — contact us at lunaraelondon@gmail.com within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid Royal Mail return label and clear instructions. Once your return arrives with us and passes our condition check, your full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days, back to your original payment method, with no deductions and no delays.
To be eligible, items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, in their original Lunaraé packaging. We inspect every return carefully and reserve the right to decline items that arrive in a condition inconsistent with these requirements.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy. We simply aim to make the process simpler, faster, and more personal than the legal minimum requires — because your confidence in us matters more than any single transaction.
